The kit includes the pattern and 27.25 yards of fabric that is enough for the top. Backing and binding are not included.
If you want any changes to the colorway or something completely different, then select custom and I will design your preferred colors in Quiltster for you to preview and approve prior to cutting your kit.
***The original fabrics are low and some totally gone. I have ordered in great substitutes to use in this design. If you are concerned about fabrics being used, please ask me to see a Quiltster picture with the subs. Add this comment on the checkout page and I will send you a picture to approve before cutting your kit. ***
