This lovely piece looks like masks were woven together. Or, maybe instead of masks this could be decorated eyes of cats or owls. Surrounding the eyes of the masks or animals are speckles bordered by dots. Maybe I am all wrong and the speckles and dots are a garden path inside an elaborate maze. Muted black and gray colors.
