They call this color 'stone washed', which reminds me of an ancient style of denim I used to wear. It is a similar color. The background is a water marked or marbled design with two different types of leaves laying on top. When I look at this I see leaves floating on a still pond, however, if I squint I also see a swarm of tadpoles or baby fish swimming together. What do you see? When this is cut into small quilting pieces it may be most anything.
