I made these for pillow covers for my bed to match the quilt. I just cut down the final quilt top to the edge of the stars and for the back did an overlapping folded backing so the pillow could slip out easily. Just select custom for pillows and order a kit for each pillow. In the comments box on the checkout page tell me what quilt you want to match and I'll use fabrics from your quilt and send you a link to review the fabric placements before cutting your kit.
